Sina J. Sabet, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Sabet is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Sabet attended the University of Michigan for undergraduate and medical school and he completed his internship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit in 1994. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. At the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, Dr. Sabet completed fellowships in ophthalmic pathology and uveitis and ocular inflammatory disease.
Dr. Sabet has been in private practice in Virginia for over ten years and he has been serving the Alexandria area for six years. He has also been an assistant professor in the department of ophthalmology and pathology at Georgetown University since 2006. He is an active member of the American Board of Ophthalmology, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the Northern Virginia Academy of Ophthalmology. He practices comprehensive eye care and specializes in cataract and refractive surgery. His loyal patients appreciate his genuine concern and his compassionate nature. He speaks English, Farsi, and Spanish fluently.
